Terms and conditions - Costa Blanca Pro Holidays

These are the general conditions applicable to all reservations. If there are any exceptions, it will be indicated in the apartment description.

These conditions will govern the relations between Costa Blanca Pro Group, the owner of the website and the people who make reservations with us (customers).

 Payment

Pending Balance. The full payment must be made on our website with one of our payment methods or on the date of entry to the apartment. You should not pay anyone without our consent and you will receive instructions on both the check-in, the apartment and the confirmation of the reservation.

Refundable deposit. To cover possible damage to the apartment, upon arrival, the customer must pay a deposit by credit card or cash, this amount will be recorded in the apartment file.

This amount will be refunded after your stay provided that all conditions are met. It must be done with a credit card. If it is done exceptionally in cash, the refund will be made by transfer and the expenses covered by the client.

The deposit will be refunded in whole or in part if the damages caused to the apartment by the client are detected during your stay or departure or if you do not respect the rules of coexistence marked by each owner. In addition, an additional cleaning fee will apply (may vary according to each apartment when the apartment is not returned in a clean and reasonable order (dirty kitchen, excessive trash or clutter).

All inclusive

The amount of the reservation includes VAT (10%), water supply, energy and telecommunications.

It's not included:

- Additional services that the client can contract.

- The entrance to the apartment before the usual time (13.00), the exit after the deadline (10.00) and the entrance fees after a specified time (each one marks its entrances and exits)

- Light up to a total of 35 euros per week, if it exceeds the watts consumed.

Cleaning

Each reservation includes a final minimum cleaning of the stay that must be paid separately to the price and the daily or weekly cleaning can be contracted according to the apartment. All apartments will be equipped with sheets and towels. However, the client is responsible for the cleaning of the apartment, the disposal of the waste generated and leaving them in clean and adequate conditions.

Number of guests It is forbidden to accommodate more people of the contracted guests (except children under 2 years of age), unless authorized by the Costa Blanca Pro Group and upon payment of the price increase.

 Cancellation and change of reservation.

- Reservations can be canceled up to 60 days before the entrance with a 50% withholding

- Reservations canceled less than 60 days in advance, the retention will be 100%

Responsibility

Use of the apartment When making a reservation on our website, the client and his companions agree to make proper use of the rented apartment, exempting in any case Costa Blaca pro Holidays from any liability for damages that may cause this use.

Valuable items. Costa Blaca pro Holidays is not responsible for the valuables that the client carries and / or deposits in the apartment. You can buy additional insurance or search the file of each apartment if you have a safe available.

Damage. The customer is responsible for damage caused to the floor, except for normal wear and tear caused by daily use. If you lose the keys, you must pay the costs of copying and / or changing the lock.

 

Other conditions

Pets. It will depend on each apartment, check the page of each apartment or contact our reservations department.

No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, except in balconies, terraces, patios and gardens. In case of violation of this policy, you can be expelled and charged all or part of the deposit.

Specific rules of the apartment. The rules are delivered upon arrival and good performance guidelines are established, such as keeping quiet at certain times or the compost deposit. RESPECT FOR OTHERS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT, as well as the environment.

Clearly we must respect these rules, which are often common sense and facilitate coexistence with other neighbors. It is important to respect the neighbors' sleep for this reason, we ask our guests not to perform noisy activities, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. It is also important to avoid any action that may disturb neighbors, such as loud music, noise, etc. The parties and the entrance of people who do not stay in the apartment are totally forbidden to respect the dream of the neighbors and will result in the expulsion of the apartment if this happens. The rule is not met. It is essential to make good use of the common areas of the building.

Costa Blanca Pro Holidays is firmly committed to the environment, all towels, sheets, etc. They are specially treated, do not use more water than necessary and turn off all the lights in the apartment when you are not there. Everyone wins.

Breach. The serious breach and / or repeated by the client or his companions of the conditions mentioned above will grant to Costa Blanca Pro Holidays the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without compensation and under the rules of each apartment to keep the deposit of the same .

Booking an apartment with Costa Blanca Pro Holidays implies accepting these general conditions, as well as the jurisdiction of the courts and courts of Alicante.

Personal information. In compliance with Article 5, paragraph 1.a) of Law 15/1999, Protection of Personal Data, we inform the client that the personal data provided will be incorporated into a file duly registered in the registry established for this purpose by Data Protection . Agency, and will serve for the effective provision of contracted services. Only those employees and providers who need to know this information to provide said services have access to them. In any case, the customer can exercise their rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation under the Law.
